Hi There!

It’s been awhile, hasn’t it? After being swept up in the snowstorm a few weeks back and the chaos that ensued due to the huge delay that resulted, we are now back to normal. Whew – what a way to start the new year. Everyone here at Rinadon.com would like to sincerely thank you for being patient and understanding and all-around wonderful with us as we dealt with the crazy weather. We realize the snow created more problems than we would’ve liked, so thank you very much for sticking with us. While the South is finally seeing sunnier days, we know the Northern areas are still completely engulfed in a Winterwonderland. If you happen to be one of those folks, we hope that you are safe, warm, and healthy!

We’ve received many new products in our warehouse and if you’ve visited us recently, you probably noticed. More items were added this morning, so please be sure to take a look. Snow Day #3

Yes, you are probably very tired of hearing about all these snow days and we are equally tired of talking about them! But here we are on January 12th and it’s another snow day. There’s still plenty of ice on the roads, but things are getting better (we think) and if everything goes okay, we should be experiencing normal business hours tomorrow (Thursday). And, when that happens, we will have a celebration complete with champagne. Well, maybe not the champagne…

In any case, we are terribly sorry about all this delay and craziness with the weather! Again, if you must contact us, please please please email us at sales@rinadon.com and we would be happy to assist you.

Please note that any orders placed today (1/12) will not be shipped out of our warehouse until tomorrow (at the earliest).

Snowstorm Day 2 :(

Dear wonderful and valued customers,

We are terribly sorry to say that the Rinadon.com office/warehouse is once again closed today. We realize how delayed orders are and how important it is for you to have your shipments as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this weather is not cooperating with us! UPS is actually not operating in any of the affected areas of the snowstorm (so it isn’t only Georgia). We sincerely apologize for the huge delay and for not being available to you.

However, you can still shop with us online – any orders placed will be taken care of as soon as possible. Also, any emails you send our way will be answered as we are frequently checking that.

We are all crossing our fingers that everything will resume as normal tomorrow (Wednesday, January 12), but again, if anything should go wrong, please keep an eye on this blog or Twitter as we will update you.
